Frances Carlson

selfOver the past ten years, Frances Carlson has explored the possibilities of illustration. Her subject matter has ranged from politicians to poultry to word games through pictures for a children’s exhibit. While her style and medium vary with the subject matter, there is a consistent emphasis on the narrative inherent in line and form. Most recently she has focused on horses, her first love.
